  • Return & Exchange Period: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All returned or exchanged products must include the original packaging, tags, and invoice or proof of purchase.
    Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by us will not be eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some products (such as custom items, pet food, etc.) due to hygiene reasons are non-returnable. Non-returnable items will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Requesting Return or Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at service@quirkelec.com within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Return/Exchange Confirmation: After receiving your request, we will reply within 1-2 business days and provide you with the return/exchange process and the return address.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure that the item is properly protected during shipping. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return policy.
  • Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of damage or use, it may affect the refund amount. We will assess the item’s condition to determine the refund amount.

4. Exchange

  • Exchange Requirements: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the item you wish to receive in exchange during the return process, and ensure the new item complies with our return policy. Exchange items will be shipped after the returned item is received.
  • Shipping Costs: Any additional shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a refund or exchange for the damaged item.
